The HR Excellence in Research (HR Award) is a prestigious award given by the European Commission for excellence in human resources within a scientific environment.
In December 2019, we decided to subscribe to the principles contained in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The Charter is a set of general principles and requirements that specify the responsibilities and rights of researchers and their employers. The relationship between researchers and employers is intended to contribute to the success of the development, transfer, sharing and dissemination of knowledge, and the career development of researchers. The Charter also encourages all forms of mobility that serve to enhance the professional development of researchers. For academics and researchers, the HR Award guarantees a European standard of staff care, unified ethical principles, openness and transparency in selection procedures, and a good working environment.
On 6 September 2021, the European Commission decided to award our institute , thanks to which we have advanced to the implementation phase of the project, during which the steps of the Action Plan will be gradually implemented in order to meet the set objectives.
The project was officially launched on 1 January 2020 and will run until the end of June 2023, when the project's implementation phase will be completed.
