The main objective of the project is through the acquisition of high technology in the form of

• System for nextgeneration sequencing and chip analyses,
• System for measurement of protein concentration in the suspension protein essay and
• Auto collectors of large number of cell samples, to equip emerging workplace called Research Centre for Genomics and Proteomics, Institute of Experimental Medicine, Academy of CR so that these facilities are able to solve world-class tasks related to the effects of air pollutants on human genetic material and thus on human health.
